Warranty
& Return policies
Ace Cleaning Inc. does not warranty any item except
those manufactured by Ace Cleaning Inc. All other
warranties are presented to the buyer by the
original manufacturer and must be returned prepaid
to said manufacturer accompanied by a Returned
Authorization Number (RAN) which Ace Cleaning Inc.
can obtain for you. Any item that is ordered
incorrectly and must be returned to Ace Cleaning
Inc. will be credited at full purchase price, less a
20% restocking fee, which if a credit card was used
for the purchase, will be credited toward that
credit card. If payment was made by check, a credit
will be issued to the customers account and may be
redeemed on the next order. Return of these items
must be pre-arranged and accompanied by an RAN
number freight pre-paid to Ace Cleaning Inc. No
returns will be accepted after 30 days of original
invoice date. Any item returned must be in
NEW/UNUSED condition.
Shipping policy
Ace Cleaning Inc. uses UPS exclusively for all
regular shipping. Customers are billed at our cost
which may include boxing, and/or any specialized
packaging requirements such as foam etc. Some
chemicals may incur a HAZMAT fee which will be
passed to our customers at the rate we are billed by
UPS (currently $20). Large bulky items such as some
pressure washers, chemicals in drums, PowerWands
with sections more than 8 feet in length, and items
over 150 lbs. are shipped via R&L Carriers.
Customers are billed at our cost which may include
costs associated with the construction of wood
shipping crates, pallets, and/or any other costs
incurred with the shipping of items ordered.
Privacy
& Securities policies
Safeguarding your privacy and the security of your
personal information is important to us. Personally
Identifiable Information is any information that
concerns you individually and would permit someone
to contact you, for example, your name, address,
telephone/fax number, email address or any
information you submit to Pitchwitch.com that
identifies you individually. Pitchwitch.com does not
provide personally identifiable information to
unaffiliated third parties. Pitchwitch.com maintains
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to
help guard personally identifiable information. If
transactions are offered on the site, transaction
information is transmitted to and from
Pitchwitch.com in encrypted form using
industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
connections to help protect such information from
interception.
