Ace Cleaning Inc. does not warranty any item except those manufactured by Ace Cleaning Inc. All warranties are presented to the buyer by the original manufacturer and must be returned prepaid to said manufacturer accompanied by a Returned Authorization Number (RAN) which Ace Cleaning Inc. can obtain for you. Any item that is ordered incorrectly and must be returned to Ace Cleaning Inc. will be credited at full purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, which if a credit card was used for the purchase, will be credited toward that credit card. If payment was made by check, a credit will be issued to the customers account and may be redeemed on the next order. Return of these items must be pre-arranged and accompanied by an RAN number freight pre-paid to Ace Cleaning Inc. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original invoice date. Any item returned must be in NEW/UNUSED condition.
